She started her company, The Best Part, as a means to follow her own calling: helping women of faith accomplish the task God intended them to do - write their book!
She believes that sharing your testimony is an act of partnership with God, where faith, action, and obedience can be harnessed in the craft of storytelling to bless others and yourself.

As someone who has written for 15+ years but hid behind the world of usernames in a niche that she knew wasn't pleasing to God, Michelle hid from her own calling for years. But what the devil meant for harm, God has redeemed her from and revealed to her a way to use her gifts and talents for good.
She knows what it's like to not only write a novel, but how to finish it and how to put it out there. She knows how to get feedback, how to give feedback, and how to grow as a writer.
She has written over 15 stories with an accumulation of more than 1 million words (if that's the kind of stat that you enjoy knowing) and she is currently working on yet another book.
She understands that writing is a process, not a program, and she knows that you need support, guidance, and motivation, as well as feedback, tips, assistance, and a proper headspace.
